We are very proud of our two Pestos! Wild Garlic Pesto is made with hand-picked wild garlic or ramson leaves from Kent, whilst Nettle Pesto is made from stinging nettles carefully harvested in Surrey. The leaves are whizzed up with a vegetarian cheese, nuts, lemon juice and oil - to make a fabulous dressing for pasta, fish, chicken, potatoes, bread.... (we could go on for some time!).
